Jacobs Ladder on the Bright Angel Trail, Grand Canyon National Park. Below Three-Mile Resthouse the trail drops 600 feet ( 180 m ) through the Redwall Limestone on the way to Indian Garden. The round trip to Indain Garden is 9.2 miles ( 14.8 km ) and takes between 6 and 10 hours. Indian Gardens is 3,060 feet ( 933 m ) below the South Rim.
