The so-called bloemencorso: the annual Flower Parade is a springtime tradition in the Dune and Bulb Region of The Netherlands. This decorative mask is part of a float depicting the Broadway Musical 'Wicked'. The parade roughly goes from the Keukenhof, Lisse, to the Grote Markt in Haarlem. It takes all day and most of the evening to reach Haarlem, capital of the province of North-Holland, winding through all the traditional bulb growing towns of South and North Holland.
